At KWUT SHOP, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Be unused and unworn.

  • Include all original tags.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at bader.k.alazmi@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Personal care and hygiene products.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance or sale items.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original product (once approved) and place a new order for the desired item.

European Union Customers

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
